How AI customer service pricing works.
What counts as a resolution
One conversation Celeste answers, however many questions or messages it holds. Ask five things at once, or go back and forth in the same thread, and it still counts once, billed when she delivers the reply, never per question. Go quiet for about a week and come back, and that fresh exchange is a new one.
What's included, and what's over
Each plan comes with a monthly batch. Go past it and you pay your plan's flat rate. Pick a heavier model and there's a small fixed add-on, shown before you commit.
When the meter actually runs
Only when Celeste sends the reply herself. Hand-offs to your team are free. Drafts that never send are free. Practice is free.
Yes. Every account starts with a free month.
Every workspace begins on a free one-month trial on your own data, with no card to start. Celeste learns from your history and drafts and practices in private, so you can watch how she handles your real conversations before anything reaches a customer. Add a card when you want her to send a limited number of live replies while you evaluate, and you are not charged until you choose a plan. Want to look before you sign up? Here are two more ways.
Drive the actual product
Log into a public demo workspace, already stocked with sample data, and click through everything an owner sees. Connect a channel, tune her voice, set a limit, turn the dial. It's the real admin, not a slideshow.

Common pricing questions, in plain words.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every workspace starts on a free one-month trial on your own data, with no card to begin. During the trial Celeste drafts and practices privately, so nothing reaches a customer until you are ready. To let her send a limited number of live replies while you evaluate, add a card, and you are not charged until you choose a plan. Pick a plan any time to continue past the trial.
What exactly counts as one resolution?
One conversation Celeste answers, no matter how many questions are in it. Whether a customer asks five things in one message or goes back and forth in the same thread, it bills once, when Celeste delivers her answer. It is metered per conversation, never per question or per message.
What about a long live chat with a lot of questions?
A whole live chat session is at most one resolution, however many questions the visitor asks in it. And it bills only if Celeste actually resolved the chat: the visitor gave a thumbs up, or left on a real answer they never marked unhelpful with no teammate stepping in. A chat that ends without a real answer is free.
If the same customer comes back later, is that a new charge?
It depends on the gap. Follow-ups in the same exchange ride the conversation that was already billed, so a reply the next morning is free. If it goes quiet for about a week and they open a fresh exchange, that is a new conversation. So fifty questions in one chat is one resolution; coming back a week later with five more is a second.
What if I go over my included resolutions?
You pay your plan's flat rate for the extras, and you can set a monthly spend cap so the bill never runs past a ceiling you choose.
Do I pay when Celeste escalates to my team?
No. The only thing that costs money is a reply she sends herself. If it goes to a person, it's free.
Do you charge per seat?
Never. Plans cap how many teammates you can add, but every one of them is free inside that cap.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, yourself. Upgrades kick in right away with the difference prorated. Downgrades start next cycle.
How do I keep the bill predictable?
Set a monthly spend cap. Celeste pauses new auto-replies before your bill crosses it, then picks back up next cycle. We never throttle you to protect our own margin.
